TARI BIO-TECH has been organized carefully following the international standards and norms. Cleanliness is given the first priority to ensure 0% contamination at any stage of production and packing. TARI BIO-TECH is situated in SIDCO Industrial Estate, Thanjavur. The production unit is established in 4000-sqft clean area surrounded by beautiful plants and trees.

TARI BIO-TECH has developed an ultra-modern control room from which all the production area and labs could be clearly monitored through circuit cameras. Clearly speaking, the strains being studied under the microscope could be well monitored from the control room itself.

The production unit is built with two different portions one for bacterial production and one for fungal production. Each portion is arranged with two individual labs each fitted with laminar airflow chambers and bacteria-free air conditioners, which ensures 0% Laminar photo contamination. TARI BIO-TECH is well equipped with ultra-modern instruments and fermentors for mass production, individual ones for each product. The product is transferred to the packing machine through separate sterilized pipelines. The packing room is given special care and attention because the products come in contact with air at this stage.

So the packing room itself is properly sterilized using UV lights and circulation of 0.1 micron filtered and pressurized air is arranged at the time of packing. Moreover the packing bottles are completely sterilized before being filled. The flooring of this unit is specially finished of high quality joint-free tiles to avoid the possibility of accumulation of germs in the joints, which again ensures 0% contamination. TARI BIO-TECH has dedicated a 2000-sqft isolated area for the mass production of carrier-based products TARI VAM and TARI Vermizyme. TARI BIO-TECH has a separate R&D Unit for doing its own field trials in the area of about 60 acres. The field trials are done for horticultural crops, annual crops, short – term crops etc and have found the results to be well above the standards.
